BTESE refers to behind-the-ear hearing aids, which are worn behind the ear and consist of the main body, ear hook, ear tube, ear plug, or ear mold.

Methods to avoid howling/noise:
1. It is easier to produce howling when the power is high (the amplified sound is loud).
Therefore, gradually increasing the bass volume can effectively prevent howling.
2. There is no whistling sound when the ear canal is completely closed.
Therefore, after cleaning the ear canal, put on the hearing aid and test the ear plug from large to small to find the most suitable one and ensure that the ear plug is not leaking air.
3. After the hearing aid enters the ear canal, it is recommended to push the hearing aid with your finger and keep it for 1-2 seconds, then release it to make the headset fully extend.
4. In the off state, turn down the volume of the hearing aid to the lowest level and insert it into the ear.
Make sure the headphones are fully filled in the ear.
Then turn on the power button and slowly adjust the volume to an appropriate level.

3. How to maintain and clean hearing aids?
Develop the habit of cleaning your hearing aid with the provided brush to remove earwax or other small particles accumulated around the ear canal, volume control knob, and battery compartment. Then gently wipe the hearing aid with a soft cloth.
Do not use solvents, oils, or liquids to clean your hearing aid. When not in use, turn off the switch and open the battery cover to extend battery life.

Instructions for use:
1. Turn the volume down to the lowest before wearing.
